The exteriors of this charming coastal house are very cozy, standing out for its large chlorine pool, measuring 12 x 5 m and 1.4 to 2.2 m deep, ideal for taking a refreshing swim after sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers or after a long day at the beach. There is an outside shower also at your disposal for this. Next to the pool, an area furnished with a table and chairs is perfect for having a delicious breakfast or some tasty recipes prepared on the gas barbecue. And, when night falls, you can dine on the conservatory if it is more comfortable.
From this closed terrace you can directly access the interior, where you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas hob, oven, a table with chairs and much more. Then you access the living-dining room, perfect for watching television or relaxing chatting next to the air conditioning. There are three bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and a fan, except one of them which also offers air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves the entire house. There is availability for a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with a baby. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the terrace.
Badia Blava is a quiet coastal urbanization, a fantastic residential area for lovers of the sea and the beach. The nearest sandy beach is S'Arenal, but the sea and its impressive rock cliffs and crystal clear waters are just a short walk from the house. Cala Blava is also a beautiful small cove that is located nearby and is worth a visit. From here you have easy access to the entire bay of Palma where the services are endless. Both in the area and in the big city, especially, you can enjoy delicious restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. De privacy en de wintertuin zijn uitstekend
We hielden van de locatie, de rust, de netheid en het huis in het algemeen,
Het huis is ruim genoeg voor een groep en het is netjes. Verrassend genoeg ziet het er beter uit dan op de foto's! We bezochten het in september en hadden de airco niet nodig, omdat de slaapkamers 's nachts voldoende koel waren. De tuin is uitstekend onderhouden en alle planten dragen bij aan een aangename sfeer in de tuin. Daarom hebben we genoten van onze avonden bij het zwembad. Het is elke cent waard.
