The exteriors of this beautiful villa are dreamlike. The main protagonist is the private chlorine pool, which measures 7.50 x 3.5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1 to 2.4 meters, and which promises refreshing moments after pleasant sunbathing in the sun lounger area. The bench under the cane is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. And the porch next to the house becomes the best place for a light nap after a lively morning enjoying the waves of the nearby sea. The property is fenced and has close neighbors.
This spectacular and stylish home has all its rooms distributed throughout a single floor. The living room has a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen-dining room is perfectly equipped to cook delicious dishes during your stay. The house also offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our 8 guests can rest in 4 incredible bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and one also has a built-in sauna. The last bedroom has two single beds, and there is a bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump. Finally, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
The property is located in a quiet residential area next to the sea, close to a platform from which you can take a dip and cool off in Mediterranean waters. The closest beach is Cala Binisafúller, a beautiful little cove with white sand and crystal clear, calm waters. The beautiful fishing village of Binibeca, which is located just 4 km from the property, is a must-see. You will also have to visit Sant Lluís, where you will also find all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Ons gezin heeft het erg naar zijn zin gehad! De kinderen zijn op de hoogte gebracht van het buitenzwembad en de avondmaaltijden op de veranda. Hij is helemaal in de wolken voor iedereen.
Je kunt de waarde van deze plek echt niet overtreffen. Voor een groep hadden we ons eigen zwembad en voldoende ruimte voor maaltijden buiten. Slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand maakte het elke cent waard.
Na een bezoek aan de nabijgelegen stadjes heb ik heerlijk kunnen ontspannen bij het prachtige zwembad.
De locatie is fantastisch, op korte rijafstand van stranden en lokale winkels. De rustige omgeving stelt ons in staat om te ontspannen zonder te hoeven vliegen.
Werken vanuit hier was verrassend soepel. Snelle Wi-Fi en comfortabele plekken binnen maakten mijn dagen productief en leuk.
Voor budgetreizigers zoals ik voelde deze plek als luxe voor een prikkie. Ruime keuken hielp geld te besparen door thuis te koken, plus gemakkelijke toegang tot mooie stranden in de buurt.
Al met al is het erg comfortabel en goed uitgerust. Ik vond het fijn dat de kamers op warme dagen altijd aangenaam koel waren.
Deze villa biedt comfort met zijn ruime slaapkamers en eigen badkamers. De sauna op de kamer is bovendien een fijne extra!
Na een bezoek aan het nabijgelegen dorp Binibeca brachten we de middagen door bij het zwembad. Het was heerlijk om ontspanning en charme in één verblijf te vinden.
Het zwembad was fantastisch en zeer uitnodigend.
Wat een schitterende villa! Het privézwembad was het hoogtepunt van ons verblijf, perfect om af te koelen na een lange dag op het strand.
We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad met het verkennen van de nabijgelegen stranden, Cala Binisafúller was absoluut een hoogtepunt,
De locatie is fantastisch! Op een steenworp afstand van Cala Binisafúller, en de omgeving is rustig en ontspannend.
De veranda aan de zijkant van het huis was onze favoriete plek voor een middagdutje, zo ontspannend!
