Not only of its own beauty, but of the tranquility and nature that surround it. From the terrace, you can live authentic dream moments having breakfast in front of the mountains and the town's bell tower.
The two-story building has an impressive living room-dining room-kitchen, with a wood stove, making this room very functional so that you can cook on the ceramic hob while you gather at the table or watch satellite television. Here you also find a bedroom with a single bed, as well as the washing machine, iron, ironing board. Going up the stairs, you access the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, possibility of a cot and high chair, bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.
Absolutely charming, homely and quiet, Mancor de la Vall is a town located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, ideal for excursions on foot or by bicycle, for example to Santa Lucía, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the legendary Campanet Caves. In Mancor de la Vall there are good bars and restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy and a bakery. More services can be found in the small city of Inca, less than 5 km away, which is also recommended for its traditional artisan market held every Thursday. The northern beaches are about 30 minutes away by car, almost all of them with fine sand, such as Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Het huis ligt op een zonnige, rustige plek en is verbluffend mooi en ontworpen in een moderne stijl. We hebben genoten van onze tijd op het dakterras. Er was geen probleem met parkeren bij de nabijgelegen begraafplaats, op vijf minuten afstand van het huis. Vanwege de koele nachttemperatuur was verwarming nodig via airconditioning of bij voorkeur via de open haard, wat gebruiksvriendelijk was. Hout was al voorbereid, een vriendelijk gebaar. Mancor de la Vall is een pittoresk stadje met vriendelijke inwoners. We vonden goede wandelpaden vanaf dit punt.
Rustige en vredige locatie, mooi en gezellig huis, voorzien van alles wat we nodig hebben voor een heerlijk weekendje weg. Precies wat we zochten!
We waren erg blij met de eenvoudige en moderne faciliteiten. Het hele proces van boeken tot verhuizen verliep soepel. Het kan echter een grote uitdaging zijn voor mensen die niet vertrouwd zijn met internet en digitale processen.

De locatie is perfect voor het verkennen van het Tramuntana-gebergte. Mancor de la Vall is een klein maar compleet en zeer rustig stadje. Het ligt op 5 minuten van Inca.
Het huis ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto's, het is leuk om daar 4/5 dagen te verblijven, ik raad dit appartement aan omdat het niet zo verschrikkelijk is als wat je in de reacties kunt lezen,
