The exteriors of this wonderful house are prepared to offer you the tranquility and rest you deserve. On the terrace on the ground floor you will find a dining area where you can enjoy tasty meals with your companions. On the top floor they also have another terrace at their disposal. Being in a residential area, privacy is partial since the property has direct neighbors.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and AC, open to the gas kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a room with a double bed and AC. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. When you go up the stairs you will see another 3 bedrooms equipped with AC. Two of them have a double bed and have direct access to a small balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a study or work area. A bathroom with a bathtub is at your disposal on this same floor. On the third floor they have another terrace with views of the mountains and if the day is clear you can also see the sea. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
Sa RÃ pita is the ideal place for those looking for tranquility and disconnection. This area is known for its beautiful beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters, Es Trenc beach, a protected natural paradise. On this beach there are some beach bars, right on the sea, where sometimes there is live music to enjoy some authentic summer afternoons. In the town, they find a grocery store, some cafes and traditional food restaurants. Be sure to visit the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can dine on seafood and fresh fish, perhaps accompanied by a good island wine. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
