The exteriors of the house are wonderful, the garden corners give color to the house. The chlorine pool is private and measures 4 x 6 m with a minimum and maximum depth of 1.6 m. The 25 m2 terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and also has a chillout area with rattan furniture. Under the fully equipped porch, you can spend great evenings either cooking a barbecue or simply chatting.
The 120 m2 house distributed over 1 floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 equipped with two single beds, and the other 2 have a double bed each. There is availability for a crib. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, and one of them is located in a separate room of the house, next to the pool.
The living room-kitchen-dining room is spectacular, relax on one of the sofas to enjoy a good read, listen to music, watch Sat-TV, or simply rest. The dining area, in the same space, has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen, open and gas, has everything you need so you can cook without problems. The house has board games and games for children that you can enjoy during your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The Santa Margalida area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in Santa Margalida; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants.
In just 15 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Het huis is volledig voorbereid, het is zeer rustig, zeer privé, zeer comfortabel. We hebben zeer aangename en aangename verwachtingen!
Een uiterst aangenaam huis met een heerlijk terras om te ontspannen en te ontspannen. Het huis was ruim en brandschoon met alles wat nodig was, inclusief comfortabele bedden en airconditioning. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden en schoon. De locatie is ideaal, op slechts 15 minuten lopen van Santa Margalida, het dichtstbijzijnde dorp. De gastheren waren buitengewoon vriendelijk. We hebben een fantastische familievakantie gehad en we kunnen een verblijf in Alcudiola zeker aanbevelen.
De accommodatie biedt alles wat je nodig hebt op een finca, vanuit ons perspectief, geweldige kamers, mooie badkamer, fantastisch zwembad, geweldige zitplaatsen, pizza-oven, topgrill, gastheren zijn altijd beschikbaar en er meteen als je iets nodig hebt, echt aardige mensen
Een prachtige, rustige finca met veel comfort, De buitenruimte is prachtig onderhouden en beschikt over een zwembad, een tafeltennistafel, een grill en diverse zitmogelijkheden, De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en voorziet de gasten van veel informatie en cadeaus, Wij komen zeker terug :-)
De buitenruimtes zijn uitstekend en zorgvuldig ontworpen, alles is perfect onderhouden en uitgevoerd met oog voor detail, ook het interieur is royaal uitgerust en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt,
Ontzettend leuk, Alles is schoon, zeer stijlvol ingericht, er zijn absoluut geen klachten, We hadden niet verwacht dat het zo leuk zou zijn,
Een charmante villa gelegen in een prachtige omgeving in het noorden van Mallorca, Absoluut netjes en goed voorbereid, we hebben enorm genoten van de rust en het gebruikt als startpunt om het eiland te ontdekken,
Dit vakantiehuis is absoluut fantastisch! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, was het prachtige en stijlvolle interieur adembenemend, waardoor het huis gezellig en uitnodigend aanvoelde. Het uitzicht op het platteland was absoluut betoverend, waardoor een kalme en vredige omgeving ontstond die perfect was om te ontspannen. We waren dol op het terras, waar we elke ochtend ontbeten en ons onderdompelden in de prachtige omgeving. Het zwembad was een andere favoriet, met een prachtig terras, een badkamer in de buitenlucht en een douche echt een handige functie! Het zwembad was uitzonderlijk. De trap naar het zwembad was bijzonder slim en voegde een onderscheidend tintje toe aan de algehele uitstraling. De rustieke tuin accentueerde de rustige, landelijke sfeer van het huis. Het huis was uitgerust met alles wat we maar nodig konden hebben voor een comfortabel verblijf. Van keukenbenodigdheden tot kinderspeelgoed en strandspullen, het was duidelijk dat er veel aandacht was besteed aan het echt buitengewoon maken van dit huis. Over het algemeen had onze ervaring niet beter kunnen zijn. Dit huis overtrof al onze verwachtingen 10 van de 10! We zouden zeker snel terugkomen.
